Equine Movement Nature

Symatree Experience Day is a playful, hands-on afternoon where you’ll move through three short encounters—equine, movement, and nature—designed to help you notice what happens when you step just slightly outside your usual patterns.

All equine experiences are ground-based (no riding), and no prior horse or movement experience is needed.

Open to ages 8 and up. Participants should feel comfortable being outdoors, moving on uneven ground, and taking responsibility for their own safety around horses.

Come as you are, dress for the weather, and expect something real.

What the afternoon looks like… You’ll arrive at the barn, meet the group, and then move through three guided experiences in small pods:

With the horses
Notice how horses respond to the energy you bring and what that reveals about presence and awareness.

Through movement
A playful sensory experience that shifts attention back into the body and out of the busy mind.

On the land
A quiet exploration outdoors that reconnects you with the deeper sense of belonging that nature offers.

Kids are welcome too!
Participants ages 8+ take part in their own age-appropriate versions of the experiences, so both adults and younger participants can engage in ways that work for them.

We’ll close the experience together with a short reflection to integrate what you noticed.

No riding. No performance. Just curiosity, discovery, and an opportunity to experience yourself differently.
